Role Highlights:

Manage temporary accommodation in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Build relationships with homeless households and accommodation providers.
Identify and address safeguarding risks and support needs of residents.
Contribute to the overall development of the temporary accommodation service.

Key Activities:

Deliver high-quality temporary accommodation management services.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and property maintenance.
Investigate anti-social behavior and manage possession actions when necessary.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maximize service efficiency.
