Job Description
Devon County council are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support our children and young people located in South Devon. Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. We're embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families. Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work, and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team. They must be able to commit to being on site in Estuary House, Newton Abbot at least twice per week.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
