Job Description


The Project Administrator will report into one of the Project Managers in Green Funding Solutions. They will be accountable for providing accurate progress updates to support the Project Manager.

The role holder will be expected to monitor and track progress across their project including progressing account through a customer journey. All decisions within this area sits within their remit.

Responsibilities include ensuring excellent service provided to customers and clients, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting. Within the role they will be responsible for the capture and collation of data from multiple sources and presenting this is a clear and structured way for the Project Manager

  • Work closely with the Scheme/Project Managers, Strategic Commercial Managers, and the wider team to analyse, interpret and communicate scheme delivery data, understand pipeline, drop out and capture.
  • Customer contact for application updates where there are delays and / or cancellations and to provide robust updates / set expectations.
  • Maintain project documents such as RAID log, meeting minutes, stakeholder plans etc.
  • Support clients with supporting and creating programme of works for clients.
  • Support our contractors to track and update 'work in progress' - manage and keep updated individual supply chain pipelines and programme of works.
  • Action formal instructions to survey and install for each project.
  • Build strong relationships with equivalent role holders working for both our client base and supply chain installers.
  • Make and support the implementation, recommendations/improvements within the customer journey to improve timelines and SLA's.
  • Undertake appropriate scheme related customer contact, having more detailed conversations with customers on our services and the measures we offer where required.
  • Attend cross functional meetings with the wider Scheme Delivery teams to understand issues, drop out and failures in process/communication.
  • Support Scheme/Project Managers by attending operational client meetings to provide status updates.
  • Take on ad-hoc analysis as agreed with the Scheme/Project Managers that supports both self and the team in ensuring the team continues to develop a best-in-class attitude. To carry out general administration duties to support the efficient function of the team.
  • Support colleagues by attending contractor meetings to provide advice on the correct compliance standards and procedures.
  • Manage and keep updated individual supply chain pipelines and program of works to support client conversations.
  • Support on external scheme reporting requirements.
  • A passion for customer service and getting it right.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise workload across a

number of areas.

  • A logical and structured approach to checking date accuracy and logging data /results.
  • Well-developed IT, literacy and numeracy competences.

Good communication skills, both oral and written.
