Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant

Join a thriving business! Butler Rose is delighted to be representing this dynamic enterprise in the heart of Central London who are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner for their Management Accounts function.

In this dual role, you'll dive into both management accounting tasks and Finance Business Partnering including working within FP&A, gaining invaluable exposure in a diverse business landscape and taking charge of the entire management accounts process for your designated area within this rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities include:

• Balance sheet reconciliations and conducting in-depth investigations into any irregularities
• Preparing monthly management accounts including accruals, pre-payments, analysis
• Collaborating with offshore counterparts to ensure seamless completion of management accounts, sales reports, and balance sheet reconciliations for their respective business areas
• Partnering closely with senior management teams to uphold financial integrity, strategise new initiatives, and navigate potential ventures.
• Variance analysis and dealing with queries as well as ad hoc sales analysis for communication to the wider business
• Leading budgeting efforts within your remit
• Supporting the Finance Director during both internal and external audits

Requirements for the role:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification preferred although applications from professionals who are part-qualified and nearing completion will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills - a personable and approachable manner, with a confidence communicating at senior management level
• Good system skills, including strong Excel
• Good data analysis experience
