Data Entry Clerk 22.5 hours a week/ Fawley, Southampton/ 1-year with potential for extension / £ 32,100 - 35,100 p.a pro rata

Responsibilities:
  • Assess files to determine necessary information for data entry and identify the appropriate location for entry.
  • Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information; establish priorities to ensure efficient processing.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by adhering to data program techniques and procedures.
  • Operate with moderate work direction, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Identify and address issues or problems, working collaboratively to find resolutions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
  • Numerate with the ability to compute figures accurately for various systems.
