A lovely client of ours is looking for a Live In Estate Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the Estate.
A lovely client of ours is looking for a Live In Estate Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the Estate.
The ideal candidate will have basic gardening knowledge and skills and broad handyman skills.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain and improve the estate's three acres of garden, including the lawn, rough grass, walled garden, and shrub and rose beds
- Work with the estate's woodman to maintain the woodlands
- Perform general handyman tasks, such as gutter cleaning, drain maintenance, and fencing repair
- Maintain and fill the estate's 100kW wood burner during the winter months
- Work with the housekeeper to ensure the security of the house and Estate
- Drive small dumpers and mini-excavators
- Perform basic mechanical tasks, such as engine maintenance and tire changes
- Handle chain saws, strimmers, and hedge cutters
- Be versatile and willing to perform a variety of tasks, as the estate and farm sometimes overlap
- Ability to drive small dumpers and mini-excavators
Clean driving license required.
Accommodation: Attractive one-bedroom flat with heating

Days: Monday – Friday(Sat & Sun – set up heating during Winter)
Hours: 8am - 4/4.30pm
Salary: Negotiable
