Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to support adults with learning disability and complex needs?

If so please read on.. we're looking for a Supported Living Manager to help manage and oversee a supported living service for adults with learning disability and complex needs.

Working for an established charity who provide support to adults with brain injury, autism, learning disability and complex needs, this role will be ideal for someone who has passion to make a difference to people and who has the values to provide the highest quality of care.

About the role:
As a Supported Living Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, staff management and supervision, rota management, training, appraisals, adhering to policies and procedures and any safeguarding queries.
You will be accountable for the smooth running of the service and be flexible.

About You:
You will be passionate, committed and flexible and be able to work in a person centred way. You will have a good understanding of relevant CQC legislation. A great positive attitude is key together with the ability to adapt to various situations and work well with colleagues.- You will have experience of managing a service within a similar setting and have a good knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities.

The good bit:
This role is permanent and full time and will require a flexible approach to hours which may from time include evenings and some weekends depending on the needs of the service.
