Project Architect opportunity to work with a D&B residential specialist, busy with a range of nicely-designed, high-end projects at various stages.
Our client is design and build company specializing in the residential sector (bespoke homes and multi-unit schemes) and can offer a great job for an architect experienced in delivering such projects in the UK. As the sole in-house architect, having a role that gives you the chance to lead on all projects, you will be confident creating concepts and drawings (autocad / sketchup), navigating the planning process, keeping good relationships with clients and contractors, and enjoying the production of technical packages. In return, you'll have a stable and enjoyable job, with a successful company that generates all the leads for you to then take the schemes from. There's lots of autonomy, but equally you'll be well-supported by the team when you need it.
