Contracts Manager - Dams and Hydroelectric
On behalf of leading European Energy provider , ewi have been given the exclusive right to recruit for a Contracts Manager. Your role on site will be performance of the contract/claims aspects as part of Owneers management team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working on international, preferably on Hydropower or Dam Projects or major infrastructure projects involving tunneling and heavy civils.
The main responsibilities of the successful Contracts Manager will be:
- Controlling the debtors, contractual letters and claims.
- Providing Legal Contract advice to the Project Management.
- Preparing Disruption & Prolongation Claims.
- Evaluating all project documents.
- Assisting the onsite team with all aspects of Claims Management.
Personal Requirements:
- A Master's or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and modified FIDIC contracts.
- Previous experience working in a remote location
- A minimum of ten years as a Contracts Manager working on Hydropower projects.
Salary Package: 10000 to 14000 USD Per Month (dependent on experience)
