Analyst (m/f/d) International Project Finance and M&A

As an Analyst (m/f/d) International Project Finance and M&A you will support our Senior Managers in the financing of our international projects as well as in the development of financial models and investment decisions for new projects, markets and M&A transactions.

As an Analyst (m/f/d) International Project Finance and M&A you will support our Senior Managers in the financing of our international projects as well as in the development of financial models and investment decisions for new projects, markets and M&A transactions.
Your tasks
- Support in the execution of project finance and M&A transactions (buy and sell side), including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation and negotiation preparation
- Development of cash flow models for the evaluation of projects and investment opportunities including sensitivity and scenario analyses
- Creation of presentations, teasers and information memoranda, financial analyses and other documents for internal as well as external purposes (investors, banks, etc.)
- Participation in meetings and negotiations with clients, legal advisors and other stakeholders
- Preparation of market and competition analyses
- Support in the maintenance and further development of a network of international and local banks, multilaterals, ECAs, DFIs, financial and strategic investors
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, economics, business administration or a related field; CFA or MBA an advantage
- At least 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A consulting or corporate or project finance
- Excellent knowledge of cash flow modeling, business valuation and financial data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving multitasking skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of German is an advantage - other languages are very welcome due to our global market presence
- Profound knowledge of MS Excel (CFM models)
