FAST Social Worker Lincolnshire

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has landed to work for Lincolnshire County Council as a qualified social worker to join their FAST team based in Grantham.

In this role you will be responsible for.

*Working closely with Children and families.

*Undertaking assessments and carry out appropriate interventions to ensure the child has the best possible outcome.

*You will also carry out a complex caseload that will include a range of court work that requires specialist assessments for Looked after Children and Children in Need.

*Overall, as a qualified Social worker you hold an important role in the team, offering support and guidance to other social workers which have less experience.

Lincolnshire County Council want to grow their team in order to maintain and progress the standard of social work which they have provided to service users. Within the council you will not only play an integral part of the team but you will also be the part of stable supportive team which will help to progress and enhance your ability working in the FAST team.

For this position you will need hold of a recognised social work qualification and will need to be Social Work England registered. Furthermore, you will need to have at least two years post qualification experience in statutory childcare setting, to support your ability for this role.
