Technical DORA Expert, Financial Services Consulting
Are you an accomplished professional with a wealth of technical expertise in the financial services sector? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of engagements for our esteemed clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive technical knowledge to deliver engagements in various critical areas for our Financial Services (FS) clients, including Operational Resilience, Technology Resilience, Cyber Resilience, IT/Cyber Risk Management, and more.
- Collaborate closely with Technology Consulting colleagues within large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of IT/cyber risk management considerations and alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Develop and nurture client relationships as a core member of our management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead and execute client projects within the Insurance, Asset Management, Banking, and Capital Markets industries, addressing complex challenges and driving impactful outcomes.
- Effectively manage client-facing delivery teams, providing guidance and feedback to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Take a leadership role in coaching and mentoring team members on both a day-to-day basis and throughout the execution of assignments.
- Uphold rigorous risk management procedures and quality standards throughout all project phases to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Cultivate strong networks within the firm, establishing connections with key service line champions across local, area, and global levels.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technical consulting within the financial services industry, with a focus on areas such as IT/cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and resilience.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex client projects within the FS sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) preferred.
