JOB TITLE: Retrofit Coordinator

SALARY: £45-50k

LOCATION: Office Based in SE London with some capacity for remote work

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time



Eden Brown - Built Environment is hiring a Retrofit Coordinator to join an established construction consultancy firm in SE London. Our client turns over in excess of £16m a year and are committed to providing the best available services in the housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use sectors.



THE ROLE

Taking full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring.

Managing the retrofit survey process end-to-end ensuring high standards of customer service,

Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.

Ensuring the end-to-end survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4, SHDF & ECO+ schemes

Manage the day-to-day delivery of the programme with your team, resolving all issues that are encountered.

Ensuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:2019.

Coordinate all areas of the installation.

Liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers.

Communicating with customers in line with the company's Value, Vision & Purpose statement.

Ensuring the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion of all stakeholders is maintained, throughout the process.

Identifying areas for process improvements.

Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical knowledge for retrofit surveys.



QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING REQUIRED

Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination
Any qualifications/experience in Building Surveying is highly desirable but not essential


SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Have previously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator

Possess an understanding of current/upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4, SHDF, PAS 2035 etc).

Be able to demonstrate a successful history in managing the survey process.

Be ambitious, driven and commercially minded.

Have a level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination
