I am currently recruiting an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in Reading to work on a £20 million new build residential scheme & a £3.5 million commercial refurbishment both in Reading.
Key duties will be - managing full trade packages together, with suitable scopes, managing tender returns, analyses with a consideration for client/contract requirements. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & sites in Reading
