Job Description
Job Opportunity: Electrician
Location: London (Primarily North & West London)
Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Perform remedial works and conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's) in social housing and council properties.
- Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of work completed.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in social housing/domestic settings.
- Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Level 3 or AM2 qualified.
- Certification in 2391 or 2394/2395 Electrical Testing and Inspection (desirable).
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to safety.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
