Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Renewable Project Finance, you will:

• Collaborate with major Renewable Developers and Corporate Finance clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
• Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent within the Renewable Project Finance sector.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with industry professionals to create a robust network.
• Drive the recruitment process from candidate identification to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.

Location: Based in London, you will have the opportunity to cover Roles in either UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France or Italy

Languages Skills: Due to our expansive coverage around Europe, additional European languages are advantageous such as German, French or Italian.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within Renewable Project Finance or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy markets and financial trends.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
