Adult Social Worker | Hospital Team | Barnet Hospital

  • Qualified Adult Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a statutory Hospital Service
  • Full time on site
  • Drivers License Essential
  • Office base: Barnet Hospital
  • You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
  • Pay rate £37ph

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Barnet and Chase Farm Team are looking for experienced Social Workers who are enthusiastic, dynamic and resilient.

You will need to be HCPC registered and have knowledge and experience of relevant legislation.

You will need to have completed your ASYE and must have previous experience of working in a hospital environment in a Social Work role.

You will have the ability to undertake innovative assessments and care planning with individuals, carers and their personal support networks.
