We are thrilled to present an exciting vacancy in Derbyshire for a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Adult Social Care, offering competitive rates of up to £34 per hour.

Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Adult Social Care
Location: Derbyshire
Pay Rate: £34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments of individuals needs and developing care plans accordingly
Providing support and intervention to adults in need of social care services
Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for service users
Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being
Liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services effectively

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree and HCPC registration
Previous experience in Adult Social Care settings
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to promoting the independence and dignity of service users
