Job Opportunity: Fostering Team Manager - Liverpool City Council
Are you an experienced Fostering Team Manager seeking a new challenge? Join our Supervision and Support team at Liverpool City Council to cover a current permanent absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of social workers effectively.
Make decisive, outcome-oriented decisions for the welfare of children and young people.
Prepare for Ofsted Monitoring Visits and contribute to our improvement plan.
Position Details:
Role: Fostering Team Manager
Pay Rate: £40ph limited status
Min Placement: 3 months
Location: On-site (Parklands), 3 days/week (2 days covering duty), ideally local
Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification (Degree or equivalent)
5+ years experience in Childrens Services
Social Work England Registration
Driving license and own vehicle access
