The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Fradley, Staffordshire, UK

Contract: Full time, Permanent.

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday -07:30 – 16:30

Our Premier Nutrition site located in Fradley, Staffordshire is looking to recruit a productive operative, this role has an important part in contributing to the business success by ensuring safe and efficient production, meeting high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.

Day to Day Tasks:
  • Weigh and batch-track ingredients.
  • Handle packaging and prepare for mixing.
  • Add ingredients to batches.
  • Pack and stack products
  • Operate production line equipment.
  • Monitor, test, and perform quality checks.
  • Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.
 

About you:

  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
  • Quick & methodical work style
  • Team Player with a willingness to learn.
  • Good practical skills and concentration on repetitive tasks 

Other Factors:

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
  • Will be required to commute to and from site daily.
  • Travel between our two sites (Fradley & Rugeley)
  • Please note within the duties of this role you will be expected to lift and move 25kg bags during your working day.
