Project Manager
Setsquare are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in construction and residential build to join a construction business on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two projects one in Bournemouth and the other in Southampton.
Key responsibilities:
Previous project experiences from ground works up, including any pre-cast concrete experience, along with finishings.
Oversee and manage all activities related to the project.
Implement health and safety procedures ensuring they are followed by all.
Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Site inductions and toolbox talks
Reporting to the Contracts Manager
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid are essential.
