Job Title: Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services)
Location: Kent
Salary: Circa £45k (depending on experience)

Your new role:
* Assisting Senior Engineers in project design and implementation.
* Developing designs adhering to regulations and company standards.
* Collaborating with fellow design team members for a cohesive, interdisciplinary approach.
* Generating detailed specifications, drawings, and schedules for mechanical services.
* Providing comprehensive contract information to clearly communicate design specifications.
* Conducting site surveys, commissioning, and testing activities.
* Supporting budget estimates, cost planning, tendering processes, and contract negotiations.
* Participating in project and technical meetings, actively contributing to their success.
* Supervising and fulfilling daily project duties.
