Great opportunity to be the lead architect in an award-winning construction company.

Our client is a specialist in the domestic, residential, design and build sector. Focusing on high-end homes in the Greater London and Essex area, they are a busy company looking to hire an architect to be their in-house specialist, responsible for all design, planning and drawing duties.

Working as part of the larger in-house construction team you will collaborate with your colleagues and clients to generate stunning concept designs, which you will then take through the planning process. With a great reputation the company has multiple projects rolling at once, and so your time-management and communication skills will be useful, in addition to more specific and essential Autocad and SketchUp prior experience. You will undertake building regulation drawing work so will need good experience of UK standards, as well as being able to demonstrate a solid portfolio of relevant residential projects delivered. Driving to sites will also be an essential part of this job.
