Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We now have exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our major client's team based in the Brighton area.

Title: 1x temp to perm - Maintenance and reactive works across the university for the FM provided.

1x ongoing contract - Emergency lighting and testing

Location: Brighton_BN1

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £17.43ph paye or £22ph umbrella (not cis)

Shift Pattern: 8 - 4:30pm or 9 -5:30pm

37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

Duration: 16/04/2024 Until 31/05/2024

Job Description:

• undertake planned building services preventative maintenance and reactive duties as required to predominantly electrically biased equipment making sure all paperwork / documents are accurately completed within specific timescales across commercial building. (emergency Lighting, fault finding etc)
• To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks of a basic mechanical / plumbing / Handyman duties.
• Ensure contractual services are delivered in such a way that it is possible to achieve agreed SLA's and quality targets.
• To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections e.g. emergency lighting tests, etc.
• Attend training courses funded for as required for business purposes.
