Assistant / Intermediate Planner (Must live in Devon)

Role Overview: As a Junior/Intermediate Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our esteemed construction projects, collaborating closely with a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure the successful execution of schemes within MOD, NHS, and Education domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather project requirements.
  • Analyse data to generate comprehensive project schedules.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project time lines.
  • Contribute to the resolution of any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Support in maintaining project documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in construction planning or scheduling (desired but not mandatory for junior level).
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
