Job Title: Revit Technician (Building Services)
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £40k (depending on experience)

Your new role:
We are currently seeking a talented Building Services Revit Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing detailed design drawings and models using Revit software for building services projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for building design and a desire to contribute to innovative projects.
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop detailed Revit models for building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
* Produce accurate design drawings, plans, and schematics using Revit software.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications in all design work.
* Assist in the coordination of building services designs with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct quality checks on Revit models and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Stay up-to-date with latest developments in Revit software and building services design trends.
