Decorator/Multi - Voids Team

Job Description

Social Housing Contractor looking for a Decorator/Multi to work on the Voids Team in London, carrying out refurbishments.

Properties are based around London (inside the M25) wherever possible planners will endevour to keep you close to where you reside.

This role is mobile with a van and fuel card provided by the client. A full UK Driving licence is required with no more than 6 points, due to insurance reasons.

The client will also provide you with a PDA and uniform to carry out your duties

Duties will include:

- Painting and decoration including Mould Washes

- Secondary Trades; plastering, tiling, making good, minor carpentry and plumbing jobs

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE HEAD OFFICE IN ROMFORD

HOURS 8am - 5pm

PAID 42.5 hours

UNPAID 30 minutes lunch
