Job Description


Position: Service Desk Technician

Location: Cork

Duration: Permanent

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as First level response to technical software and hardware incidents.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Assists in the configuration of end user PC hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Make sure Timely repair of PC equipment covered by Third party vendor agreements.
  • Escalation of issues to the Service Desk Management team

Technical Knowledge:

1+ year experience with:

  • Desktop OS
  • Troubleshooting of PC's
  • knowledge of Active Directory
  • knowledge of Office 365 administration.
