Job Description
Position: Service Desk Technician
Location: Cork
Duration: Permanent
Major Responsibilities:
- Act as First level response to technical software and hardware incidents.
- Good communication skills.
- Assists in the configuration of end user PC hardware, software and peripherals.
- Make sure Timely repair of PC equipment covered by Third party vendor agreements.
- Escalation of issues to the Service Desk Management team
Technical Knowledge:
1+ year experience with:
- Desktop OS
- Troubleshooting of PC's
- knowledge of Active Directory
- knowledge of Office 365 administration.
