Job Description Site Manager - Manchester - Construction

We are working with a Regional Main contractor who are looking for a permanent Site Manager to work on one commercial build projects in the North west. The company are a well established business with projects running from £100k up to £10m in value.

Sectors of work include: Defence, education, blue light, health care and industrial, Commercial and residential. Both new build and refurb experience would be an advantage.

Skills. Duties, Qualifications:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Managers card
Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
Working alongside PM overseeing the project
Managing sub contractors
Overseeing on site Health & Safety
Driving Licence
HNC/HND Construction Management
Toolbox talks
Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
