Pay Rate: £26.08 per hour
Role Overview:
As an Adults Social Worker within our Safeguarding Team, youll play a crucial role in protecting and supporting vulnerable adults in our community. Youll utilize your skills and expertise to assess risks, provide interventions, and ensure the safety and well-being of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and investigations into adult safeguarding concerns.
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic support.
Advocating for the rights and interests of vulnerable adults.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in adult safeguarding.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage caseloads efficiently.
