Are you looking to step into an office based career in customer services? Have you got experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service roles? Do you like the sound of hybrid work?

Working with a central based award winning company, you will be handling customer services duties in an Fixed Term Contract (9 months) hybrid role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems across a diverse product range.

What would benefit me?

  • Hybrid work- 2 weeks of training in office, and then hybrid work (60% from home or more, and 40% in office)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours in the week, between 9am and 7pm. Every other Saturday (9am to 1pm), with a half day back in the week

Typical duties include:

  • Updating systems and customer records
  • Handing customer phone calls and queries
  • Working quickly and efficiently in a team, to deliver excelled customer services

Salary is £24,085 (pro rata- working out at £18,063 for 9 months). Contract is fixed term
