Job Title: Interim Head of Repairs
Grade: Salary Grade P - £59.78 UMB p/H
Location-Tower Hamlets


Job Summary:
Lead the strategic and operational direction to ensure excellence in repairs service delivery, fostering a culture of value for money outcomes for residents.

Role Requirements:

Support the review of repairs organizational structure and operating model.
Ensure procurement, quality, and performance of contractors meet highest standards.
Engage with residents to enhance services, reduce costs, and develop communities.
Cultivate a culture of performance and budget management, linking costs to service excellence.
Drive down costs and boost satisfaction in service provision.
Lead streamlining of business processes and systems, including digital, for service delivery efficiency.
Meet diverse needs of residents and staff, promoting workplace and community equality.
Deliver Business Plan objectives.
Promote organizational change culture.
Innovate and explore new service delivery opportunities.
Participate in and report on Out of Hours service for repairs.
