Driver / Labourer

Job Description

A Driver is required to work for a housing association as part of their empty homes department looking after the repairs and maintenance of their housing stock.

You will be working as part of the void property team, delivering materials to various properties across the county and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and in full. You may also be required to assist in clearance of materials and general labouring duties if required. A full driving licence is required and you will be driving a large vehicle with heavy lifting also involved. You will also be involved in the clearance of properties and some cleaning.
