Position: Benefits Assessment Officer
Location: West Northampton
Salary: £27 per hour (UMB)

Engage in assessing new claims and changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Expertise in all tenure types of new claims, including SEA, TA, and Council Properties.
Comprehensive understanding of various areas of work, such as new claims, changes, VEP, ATLAS, and UCDS.
Familiarity with all types of claims, including self-employed, PFA, and students.
Ability to work proficiently on Capita, Enterprise, and EDM systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in benefit assessment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
