Senior Accounting Manager
Eastleigh
Salary: Up to £65,000

An exciting opportunity is now available for a qualified and experienced client accountant to join a well established accountancy firm in Eastleigh as a Senior Manager. Directly assisting the MD and Owner, you will take part in business decisions and help shape the future of the practice.

This role will independently manage a portfolio of diverse clients, preparing all statutory accounts, and completing VAT returns and corporation tax. In addition, you will manage a small team of long term employees, assisting with technical and client queries as and when required. People management is not essential but an excellent eye for detail, a consultative manner, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of managing a portfolio of accounts clients is required.

Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Proven experience independently managing a portfolio of diverse clients.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to speak with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
