Installation Site Manager (Intralogistics) - Benelux

Do you have experience managing intralogistics projects?
We're looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee installations of our client's storage and order picking systems (including software and conditioned storage) across the Benelux region. The role is based in Woerden, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper documentation (specifications & safety) before and during installation.
• Coordinate and supervise installation at customer sites.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners for seamless collaboration.
• Be the customer's point of contact for deliveries, safety, testing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in intralogistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a take-charge attitude.
• Fluency in Dutch (native speaker) and English (written & spoken). French a plus.
