Tenancy and Estate Management Officer
3 month contract
Leicestershire
We have been approached by a Local Authority in Leicestershire to assist them in recruiting a Tenancy and Estate Management Officer on a 3 month contract, whilst the Authority recruits permanently.
This will be a standard Housing Officer role assisting with a pre-determined patch. The role will include the management the maintenance of rented properties belonging to Local Authority, liaising with renters, listening and offering advice to tenants, resolving any issues tenants may be facing and dealing with rent arrears and developing policies to minimise late payments.
