Location: Kensington, London

Salary: £33.07 per hour (UMB)

As a Lettings Manager, youll play a crucial role in managing our lettings function, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimize revenue lost by efficiently managing empty properties.
Coordinate with various teams to streamline the lettings process.
Ensure void turnaround targets are met promptly.
Oversee viewings and sign-ups to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate void status data and reconcile entries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with allocation and temporary accommodation teams to optimize property usage.
Manage decants and transfers effectively, ensuring residents needs are met.
Continuously improve service standards through performance monitoring and development initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 A Level passes and 5 GCSE passes, including English and Maths.
Proven experience in a customer service environment within housing.
Comprehensive knowledge of housing law and social housing providers scope.
Previous experience in service redesign and improvement.
Strong leadership and management skills.
