Job Description

Senior Maintenance Engineer London needed for a blue chip manufacturer for an Monday - Friday days role.

This is a role that is 70% planning, coordinating labour, dealing with contractors and 30% on the rolls as a Maintenance Engineer so YOU MUST have experience of maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Senior Maintenance Engineer will need experience in either project related work/ leading / planning / coorindator.

Salary is £60000

Maintenance Engineer will work Monday to Friday days

Senior Maintenance Engineer Duties

To carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.

• Solid practical electrical or mechanical hands on experience maintaining machinery
• Work closely with management team
• Act in a supervisory position
• Assist with planning
• Set up the day engineers
• Manage contractors
• Issue permits to work
• Attending to breakdowns in a fast paced environment when needed
• Using initiative to solve problems
• Assist Planned maintenance
• Adhere to H&S

Commutable from Enfield, Waltham Abbey, Waltham Cross, Broxbourne, Barnet, Harlow, Brentwood, Romford, Epping, Chingford, Tottehnham, Southgate, Stevenage, Hatfield, Chelmford, Barking, Straford, Leyton, Standsted, Bishop Stortford and other parts of London, Essex and Hertfordshire
