Job Description
· Prioritizing the SAFETY in each process · Training the operators to prioritize the safety and training them for emergency cases · Leading and conducting the electrode manufacturing process from mixing to the slitting · Providing the relevant daily work order (WO) for each process · Getting know the relevant equipment and all process parameters · Listing the process parameters and defining the proper range and relevant FMEA · Leading and training the operators for the proper and efficient work from mixing to slitting · Introducing the process parameters and quality concerns in each step to the operators · Supervising the whole electrode manufacturing process, including the loading of right materials, inputting the right data in HMI and running the equipment in right way · Checking the environmental condition (cleanness and dryness) periodically · Defining the replacement time of key tools such as piping, filters, slitting knife, connector housing, etc. in cooperation with maintenance team and supervising for on time replacement · Supervising for the proper data collection and inputting to the relevant QC files · Supervising for the validation of the key parameters such as coating mass loading, calibration of Beta ray and so on before starting the process · Time management of each process based on the DoE or regular orders · Identifying the proper performance of each equipment before run on and during the production
