Salary: £21,500 + £4,000 for 6 sleep-ins per month
Location: Lincolnshire
Shift Pattern: 9am-5pm / 5pm-11pm / 3pm-9pm / + sleep-ins (at £62.64 per sleep)
Essential - you will not be considered for this position should you not hold a UK Driving Licence

Salary and Benefits
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of £21,500, which will increase once passing probation, and a very desirable employee package which includes; sleep-in shifts at £62.64 per sleep, enhanced annual leave, personal development, and much more!

Overview of the Role
I am actively seeking applications from Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charitable provider within their Boston, Lincolnshire based crisis recovery service. You will be a key member of a 24/7 service that supports adults who are in crisis due to a decline in their mental health. You will work within a small team, providing support using the therapeutic intervention model for the people who utilise the service. You will work with clients to develop and deliver "client led" recovery, which will promote control and maximise independence. You will also be required to liaise with external agencies, including voluntary providers, to promote access to a wide range of activities and resources.

Requirements

• Have an understanding of mental health issues
• Have at least 6 months working within a social care setting (ideally mental health focused)
• Have flexibility to participate in a varied rota and shift patterns which will include sleep ins/waking nights and 24/7 support
• Have excellent communication skills and have a flexible, creative and empathetic approach

In this stage, you will have a formal interview with the hiring manager.
