A prominent Engineering consultancy are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing team. Currently comprising 22 talented individuals, the company thrives on innovation and collaboration.
In this leadership role, youll spearhead cutting-edge Mechanical design solutions across diverse projects, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare sector. The team handles confidential projects in both healthcare and Defence, including a recent shell and core redevelopment project that is incredibly stimulating and is for a repeat customer.
I have personally been to the office, it is designed to inspire creativity and foster collaboration, youll find vibrant breakout spaces buzzing with energy and innovation. They are committed to decarbonisation and achieving net-zero targets for clients. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, youll play a vital role in driving forward these principles, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop inventive design concepts.
In this role, youll have the opportunity to go beyond the office walls and attend sites, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in mentoring and guiding intermediate engineers, helping them grow professionally. Working closely with the Associate Mechanical Engineer, youll collaborate on key decisions, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our team and driving excellence in every aspect of our work.
