Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Plan, forecast, and deliver the business plan on a monthly & quarterly basis.
- Conduct market analysis to identify critical customer segments.
- Drive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Establish and maintain senior and C-level relationships.
- Lead and coordinate offer preparation.
- Support ongoing sales process improvements and CRM implementation enhancements.
Certifications, Qualifications, and Educational Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA.
- Min 10 years of experience in business development & sales, specifically in the automotive and/or software industry.
- Strong sales track record.
- Proficiency in English additional languages beneficial.
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
Prior Professional Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development and sales within the automotive and/or software sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in effectively managing senior and C-level relationships.
- A history of successful sales and business growth achievements.
