Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Plan, forecast, and deliver the business plan on a monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify critical customer segments.
  • Drive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Establish and maintain senior and C-level relationships.
  • Lead and coordinate offer preparation.
  • Support ongoing sales process improvements and CRM implementation enhancements.

Certifications, Qualifications, and Educational Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA.
  • Min 10 years of experience in business development & sales, specifically in the automotive and/or software industry.
  • Strong sales track record.
  • Proficiency in English additional languages beneficial.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.

Prior Professional Experience

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development and sales within the automotive and/or software sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience in effectively managing senior and C-level relationships.
  • A history of successful sales and business growth achievements.
