Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IRO to join the team In Nottinghamshire County Council
Your Responsibilities
* Chair statutory multi-agency reviews and child protection case conferences.
* Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and review of plans for children, families, and carers in the looked after system or those at risk of significant harm.
* Regularly monitor plans through multi-agency meetings, adhering to national and local guidelines.
* Make necessary amendments to plans as required.
* Analyze Performance Information to establish individual targets aligned with agreed service outcomes.
* Contribute to the delivery of continuous service improvement by supporting the Service Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
*Qualification in Social Work
*Registered with Social Work England.
*Enhanced DBS
