Position: Stores person

Salary: £12 per hour

Location: Buckingham

Hours: Monday to Thursday only 7.30am -5.00pm

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stores person to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business based in Buckingham.

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Storeman to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

Daily Duties:

• Responsible for the receipt of all items from suppliers.
• Picking and Packing
• Stores and Stock Control
• Product labelling
• Receiving of goods from production and ensuring effective storage.
• Picking for manufacturing teams
• Work closely with a team of colleagues in production and QA
• Assist with stock takes as required.
• Dealing directly with suppliers

Required Experience:

• Previous Goods-in, Stores and general logistics experience
• Previous goods-in inspection is highly desirable
• Good attention to detail required
• Good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
