Permanent Opportunity - Electrical Maintenance Manager - Birmingham - £45,000 + Pool Car
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Manager with experience of delivering electrical services to a hard services maintenance contract? About your role
- Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all electrical aspects and queries.
- Manage contractual compliance from an electrical standpoint across the contract
- Assist with the review, management and control of electrical processes across the site
- Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
- Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
- Technically qualified in Electrical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above
- Experience of managing electrical maintenance contracts - within the healthcare sector
- Accustomed to being the lead Electrical contact on a contract
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based on site in the West Midlands
You may have experience as one of the following: Assistant Technical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Hard Services Manager, Electrical Maintenance Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Team Leader
