Job Title: Commercial Mobile Electrician

Company: Join a Leading Facilities Management (FM) Company in the UK, recognised for its commitment to excellence and innovation in service delivery. Specialising in maintaining and managing facilities across various sectors, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Location: North London, covering diverse commercial sites including but not limited to garages, offices, hotels, and leisure centres.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems in commercial buildings.
  • Conducting electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and resolving electrical issues efficiently to minimise disruption.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • Testing and Inspection qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience as an Electrician in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Strong electrical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
