Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Taunton
Salary: £12.44 an hour + Productivity Bonus up to £50 per week
Hours: Full time. Rotating shifts Monday to Friday of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
We have an incredible opportunity to work with our very well established client in walking distance from Taunton town centre who are currently looking for Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Purpose Summary
- We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our our clients production team. The successful candidates will play a part in the manufacturing of medical devices by producing products through intricate needlework, stitching and splicing, glue application whilst following GMP procedures.
What you will need
- Previous experience in a production setting (Machine Operator, Production Operative or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to notice tiny defects
- Must possess a high degree of dexterity and hand-eye coordination, passing a dexterity test will be required
- Experience of working accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, read and write clearly in English, understand, and follow process documentation and technical procedures
- Have a can-do attitude, be flexible and reliable.
