Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Company: Join a Leading Facilities Management (FM) Company in the UK, renowned for excellence in service delivery and innovation. Specialising in maintaining and managing facilities across various sectors, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Location: South London

Covering various commercial sites including but not limited to garages, leisure centres, and offices.

Salary: £45,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and repairs on commercial gas systems.
• Carrying out gas safety checks, servicing, and installations as required.
• Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and resolving issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Hold all necessary commercial gas qualifications and certifications.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer, preferably within a facilities management or similar environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
