Your Role: Mid-Market Complaints Advisor As a specialist serving our Mid-Market customers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction by proactively addressing and resolving complaints with speed and precision. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with utmost professionalism.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, managing expectations and keeping them informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Champion data quality, identifying and rectifying errors to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and recommendations for enhanced efficiency.
  • Uphold data protection guidelines diligently, ensuring compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For:


  • · Ability to evidence good communication skills.

    · Proven record of managing a workload independently

    · Good level of written communication skills, letter writing and customer email responses.

    · Track record in working with a team.

    · Basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft IT suites such as Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

    · Ability to show good verbal communication skills via calls and face to face interactions.

    · Able to manage customer expectations and a high demand workload.

    · Previous customer service experience

    · Outbound calls

    · Energy background desirable

    · Confidence in calling back customers

    · Attention to detail

    · Willingness to learn and progress
